• Training data (check-ins, results, performance metrics, sparring scores);
• Photos and videos you upload;
• Device and usage information (IP address, device ID, analytics);
• Coach/athlete relationship data.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our services (training tracking, scoring, analytics, tournaments);
• Facilitate communication between athletes and coaches;
• Send important notifications and updates;
• Ensure safety and compliance with rules;
• Analyze usage to improve the App.

We may share your information with:

• Coaches and club administrators (your training data and progress);
• Service providers (hosting, analytics, push notifications);
• As required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Consent and Minors

By using Constant Wrestling, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described.

For users under 18, parental/guardian consent is required. During registration we collect the parent or guardian's name, email and (optionally) phone, and email them a one-time consent link. The minor's account remains inactive until the parent or guardian clicks Accept on that link.

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations);
• Withdraw consent (subject to limitations).

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified to you and the version number in the in-app policy will increase, prompting you to re-accept.
