Terms of Service

Welcome to Constant Wrestling ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Constant Calgary Wrestling Club located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Constant Wrestling (the "App"), including any features, content, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Constant Wrestling.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old (a minor), your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf.
• By using the App, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

Constant Wrestling provides tools for wrestling training tracking, QR check-ins, performance analytics, UWW-style scoring, tournament and league management. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, results, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users;
• Upload false or misleading information;
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constant Wrestling and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the in-app policy banner, and the version number in the policy will increase, prompting you to re-accept.
